Talking to someone and they mentioned that fenders from these years are interchangeable and are the same except the side marker lights. I have heard stories of people supposedly putting fenders from a '67 onto a '69 because they didn't want the side marker lights.

I know the hoods are interchangeable up to '69 but then in '70 they shortened the fenders slightly or something?

True or False?

What about quarter panels?

69 has a recessed headlight buckets. 67 and 68 fenders will bolt on a 69 but you cant use the 69 grill. i found this out the hard way lol.

you would have to remove the headlight buckets from a 69 fender and swap them to the 67 fender.

the top one is a 69 , the bottom is a 68. the 69 style sits back a good inch or so back from the 68 style. i believe the 67 and 68 are the same except for the marker light.

I bought a 68' Fender to put on my 67'(after filling in the marker light hole). I was told that the 67' Headlight bezels will not fit around the 68' Grill properly. Just enough difference to axe my plans.

If you delete the marker lights in a 68 or later. Technically it won't pass inspection. In NY anyways.
