67 valiant holes in cowl

Anyone else have these holes in there abody?I don't recall them in my demon and it's not here to look at.
I'm replacing the heater core and it's mice heaven in there.

They are in our 67-Barracuda

None in my '71 Demon.

Someone put them in there to help the cowl to drain. Usually the factory drains would plug up with debris and the lower cowl would rot out. Put rubber body plugs in the for clean outs. Or close them up.

I don't think they are stock the red circle is the factory drain

Beside the red highlighted factory hole is another hole that measures 3/4".The one that faces the front is 1".
I'm going to plug them.I have a fluid film spray gun that has a hose attachment to spray into a cavity like this for rust prevention.
