67 Valiant rear bumper license plate setup help

Can someone show me the rear license plate setup on their 67 valiant? I just bought this car and it looks like its missing a bracket to mount license plate? there are no holes for the plate to mount in the top corners.....also need the location of the light, where it plugs in around the plate....thanks for the help

ok so i'm good with the license plate light, took it off and cleaned everything, mounted it back, just need to figure out the mount on the license plate itself......all the pics of valiant bumpers i'm seeing, they all look the same but i don't see a bracket anywhere.

this is a view looking up from the ground.

It is just a simple L shaped bracket w/ 3 bolts to the bumper and then the square holes for the license plate gromets on the other side.

Yeah, no bracket as I recall, just two square holes where plastic grommets should be. License attaches to those.
