I started with an old 1972 440 block that I have had for over 20 years. I had it shot cleaned, bored .055 over, installed aluminum main caps, had it line bored, decked so the pistons are at zero deck heighth. It will be going together with new Ross flat tops, CAT H beam rods, stock crank(Std./std), 67 915 heads worked, Comp. Cams .650 cam, balanced, 9" TCI converter, 4.88 Dana. Hope to run 6.70's in the 1/8th.??? Old engine ran a 7.05, with TRW's and same heads.
