68>73 Wiper Arm Conversion

so my 73 Swinger had the wiper arm bushing break, no big i box three packs of bushings to get a couple out of each... anyways used my wipers a month or so ago and it broke both bushings! damn things...

before you ask everything is free moving, no binding.

so my question is can i bolt in a complete wiper arm assembly from a 67-69 dart into the 73?
