It's not a Barracuda, it's my Duster, but it may help give an idea for an exhaust routing. Don't mind the hanger, it's since been cut off.
It's a full 3" exhaust with a mini-tubbed car that has leaf springs under the frame rails and a stock gas tank. It's not easy, but it is doable. There is no vibration or rubbing anywhere. I had to bend the flanges on the corner of the tank out of the way.
