68 Cuda fenders

Well,
I started tearing the front clip down for blasting and removed the wheel opening moldings and it looks like some jackass cut and rolled the front of the fenders.:banghead: Just to install these damn moldings!!! What IDIOTS!!!:violent1:

I got a feeling that the molding come from a Dart. OMFG! Guess I will be looking for a set of fenders. Most likely frickin fiberglass since they are soooo hard to find.

Anyone got a pic of the front lower part of a fender to confirm my observation??

If the fenders are otherwise nice, what about getting a template of the piece you need, and welding it in? Should be straightforward.

Yeah,
I just got out the hammer and dolly and rolled it back around. I am going to list in the "Wanted" classifieds and see if anyone has a pair of rusty fenders that can cut what I need from them. Most rust in fenders is at the rear anyway.
