68 cuda fuel line - Is this correct

Replacing a custom line it had when I bought it with a stocker so I don't how it was stock.

Dose this look correct to you?

I didn't think I should run it under that flange...

I just noticed mine yesterday, and that is how it looks, plus there was something on the other side in the same place, but I was under there for a different reason so I didn't pay close attention.
If you need a pic let me know and I can get one later in the week.
