Hello to all. Have been using this forum for getting parts and help with the resto of my vert which is now in many pieces. Just did the bucket seats and have now turned my attention to the doors. (A.D.D.)
Anyhoo- was trying to get the vent window out and following the haynes (pains) manuel unbolted the inside rail from the hinge side, both bolts, and all the other stuff I was supposed to unbolt and the thing was supposed to come out but it doesn't. I got a little pee'd and put it back together and in the process cross theaded the bottom bolt/adjuster thing but got it back together. Should I dissassemble the rest of the glass-handle-lock etc. before the vent? Should I go back to learning to weld in the dr. side floor pan and hope the door fairy shows up? Does anyone know why I chose Mopar? Will I die from rust dust?
