68 Dart Disc Brakes conversion needed

Need to know what i need to convert my 6 cylinder drum from brakes to (I believe) 73 and up Dart disc brake set up. Then I need the parts.

do you want to keep it small bolt?
if so you will need 67-72 4 piston
