68 Flip-Top fuel cap

What type of tool do I use (and who sells them, if anyone) to remove the factory anti theft screws on my Barracuda Flip Top fuel cap? Thanks in advance!

There is a special socket for those but I get by without it. I grab the screws from the inside and back them out a turn or 2 just to loosen, then remove from the outside with pliers.
