This just came out of my 1968 Dart 270 today. Outer ring is in good shape, but is worn in some areas - no cracks. I put a close up of the main wheel hub. The part where the ground wire goes through is bent it looks like, but I'm not positive on if it wasn't always like that.
The chrome horn ring I will give a 7/10, It's mostly good and there appears to be surface rust, or maybe dirt on the part that faces the windshield (straight up) I took a photo of that as well.
The horn button is slightly faded, and has a couple scratches, but nothing major. No cracks or tears.
Selling all three pieces together (will include horn ring screws) for $65 plus shipping. I'm not unreasonable though.:glasses7:
