Well in finally going to sell my 68 GTS 340. I pulled it out of my Coronet to fix the suspension and redo a head gasket. Having it sitting on my garage floor has motivated me to replace it with a 440.
So here are the engine specs.
Date stamp: 6/22/67, N (night shift?)
Casting Stamp: 2780930-340
EIN or VIN: 8B392511
Serial Number: DW34022450139
Rebuilt 4 years ago. Not by me.

Engine runs strong and comes complete from the carb down to the pan. I'm only keeping the alternator and the A/C.
As I said above, it has a small head gasket leak.
Asking, $3500 obo plus shipping. Will also consider trades for 440 speed parts plus cash. I'm located in Seattle. I have no idea what shipping costs would be. It runs strong but I would consider taking it to a local shop to have them verify that it's in working condition, if needed.
I can provide additional photos upon request.
