68 GTS disk brake conversion

Who makes the best manual disk brake conversion kit for the 68 GTS's using the existing factory spindles. I have seen these kits advertised but can't remember where I saw them.

I have aerospace on the front of the 69 dart super stocker and love them. Not so much love for the wilwoods on the back. No mods just bolt to the factory spindles and go. Stops me at 140.
