69 340 k-frame and power steering questions

no washer/horse shoe
going to have it welded up
its been bottomed out a couple of times
dose anyone have picks of where i should reniforce

Here are a couple of pics of what I did to mine. I re-welded all of the factory welds, welded all of the seams, gusseted the steering box mount, and added strength to the LCA pivot points.

A couple of words of caution....

1) keep everything cool as you weld so it doesn't warp.
2) when you add the horseshoes, make sure that the extra metal and/or welds are not higher than the pivot sleeves or the LCA won't seat properly when you tighten it down.
