The lever is the same as the B and E bodies with 10" brakes. The struts are A-body only, but, the 7 1/4 rear with 10" brakes use the same one as the 8 3/4. They are RH and LH for both parts, unlike the B&E body struts which are the same for both sides. Not sure if you could modify them or not. Some are flat and some have a 90 degree angle on them. I suspect they will rub on something since they're made for wider brakes, but, maybe they can be ground down a bit for clearance? Never tried, so, you're on your own there!

Like cudamark has stated you can cut down the strut from a 10x2 1/2'' to make it work.
I know I have the levers and will have to see if I have the right type narrow struts.
I have the strut springs too.
I have to dig for some brake parts for another member today so I will get back to you.
Photo is just some of what I have. Got another box to go thru.

Thanks. I have the stock rear axle If I have to scab parts from it. I believe its the 7 1/4. If you've got what I need though, Let me know! Thanks!

Unless the 7 1/4 has the 10'' drums the struts for 9'' drums will be too short.
I have a bunch of the struts for 9'' that I found. I will look today for the struts.
I just sold a whole 10'' set over on B bodies.
