I have an extra set of seats that came with my 67 barracuda believe these are out of a 69 barracuda. No it sure if these are the factory coverings, I’ve never seen any with this material before. The rear seat has a small hole in the seat bottom, should be able to see in the pictures.
$1,000 may trade for other barracuda parts, looking for a nice cluster cover, and looking for the stuff for a 4 speed swap, I already have pedal assembly.
