Yes the 73-76 dart hood will work on a 69 barracuda. However you will need the 73-76 A body hood hinges to use the 73-76 dart sport hood on a 69 barracuda. Ask me how i know lol.

how about a 67 barracuda hood, it just doesn't have inserts

That won't work on a 69 unless you change the upper Valance header panel to either 67 or 68
