I am looking for the two plastic vents that are mounted on the package tray for the rear defogger on a notchback.

Attaching a photo of one that I found in a previous forum for reference.

FYI: The notchback takes a special defogger duct that has a Y split in it for the two ducts.
Thanks for the heads up. I was lucky enough that a relative recently found one for me in a car that had been out in the weather this whole time, but the vents were falling apart when he pulled it.

I thought I had extra duct bezels. I looked and its the whole system and I do not want to brake it up.
Thanks for taking a look Dave I appreciate it and totally understand you don’t want to brake it up. If you happen to be willing to part with the whole set I am seriously interested as well. I have a feeling that’s probably the only way I will be able to find those vents.

Bumping post

If I can’t find any vents or a set for sale I would also appreciate any clear photos of the vents so that I could 3D print my own that match fit/form.

Looking at my package tray they have tabs on the sides of the vents I’m assuming it’s a key/twist lock?

I sold a set on here years back, but i can't find pics. Pretty sure they just clip in. I don't believe they twist?? They are different than fastback. Chk Hamtramck historical website they may have pics of a defrost setup as it was an option.

Thanks for the insight! This is the only photo of a set that I have been able to find for reference so it’s hard to tell.

They do not twist lock to hold them in place.

The duct snaps to the bezel and sandwiches them in place. That worked for me. I've never seen a clip to them.

If the round part is the part in question I could certainty make those.

The only issue is my materials are not the greatest in heat.

But they could be made from aluminum

Mostly I would need the details of the hole in the package tray or better yet that piece of the package tray.

And if anyone has one of the vents in their possession some detailed photos and dimensions

sun would be the only heat worry. The defrosters just blow air from inside the car sucked from a speaker grille. Not heated whatsoever.
