I wanted to report back that i went to lubbock yesterday to meet up with a fellow fabo member and pick up the *** end of a 69 barracuda coupe. I met up with ABCuda and he and my wife and I transferred the cadaver from his truck to my trailer so I could bring it home. Lots of metal I need off this thing to unFuck a hacked in aluminum minitub mod that was done to my sons car years ago. This cadaver has all the rest of the crucial structural metal I need to undo all the horrors inflicted on my sons 69 notchback. It is rust free california steel, or about as rust free as one can get with a 51 year old car that looks like it had a vinyl top. I will be slowly dissecting this thing as the temperatures eventually drop and we finally roll towards winter. This is not a sale ad, just a PSA to let oeop lo e know that Andy was a stand up guy, and met me when and where he said he would. As I carefully dissassemble this for what I need to fix my sons car I will be putting pieces of rust free metal up for sale that can help others out as I harvest it. Please do not overload my inbox on this stuff as i have no plans yet to start cutting it up as its averaging between 101° - 105° out here lately, plus I want to take my time to be sure I take everything apart with minimal damage to any salvagable adjacent panels and pieces.
