I’ve repaired many ‘69 Barracuda grills using a product called Plast-Aid. It works so well that the repaired area is stronger than the original plastic. I have also replaced complete missing sections using this product. Another tip is to remove the chrome grill surround and opening up the holes that the round pins go in. The reason why the grills break is that the plastic shrinks and the metal grill surround doesn’t.
