hi every one i am having some trouble with my timing would any one know the firing order and rotation of the dizzy and and the lay out of the cylinders i am having trouble

ok that is what i have but it stll runs like **** and i got some flames coming out of the carby

Winter Sucks!
I don't know your specifics, but a couple of possibilities to check:
Distributor 180° out (doubt it would even start), or
Intermediate shaft that turns distributor is one tooth off.

Sounds like you have the timing set too far retarded. Advance it a little and try it then. I wouldn't set the initial timing much more than about 10º before top dead center or it will pop through the carb under light load in stock form.
