So I have a 383 with radiator from a 70 newport in my 69 dart it's a 22" no shroud will a 75 dart 318 shroud fit I'm sure it's a 22" also. Just wondering if it will lign up in the correct place I'm assuming yes

Post a photo of your radiator.
Some have rounded tops and some have square tops.
This may or may not effect the fitment.
The 70 Newport rad might be higher or lower when mounted in the A body rad support.
If you have an A body with a stock rad or know someone with one you could do some comparison measurements.

For what it's worth I have a 383, 22" radiator, 18" fan with a clutch.
I went through this in some thread years ago trying to find a shroud that fits.
Someone chimed in that the fan already takes up the entire air flow of the radiator, so a shroud would be close to useless.
It never overheats, big fan with a clutch was a major improvement.

A small block 22” fan shroud fits a 383 A-body radiator if you take a heat gun and carefully bend it for more clearance for the top hose.
Don't the larger cars (non A Body) have brackets that bolt to the sides of radiator for the shroud? You would have to have that shroud, it's much wider. The A Body shroud mounts to 4 imbedded nuts in the face of the engine side by the cores. Just went through this.
