One more try before Winter is here.

69 Dart 440 - originally a /6 car with a bad rod. My buddy bought the car in 1995 where the 440 build began. In 2005 he decide to sell off his Mopar collection and I toke this car of his hands since I help to build this from day one. Here are the details...

  • Body was strip down along with engine bay and painted with a mid 90s Ram moss green back in 96-97.
  • K-frame, sway bar, front suspension, disc brake all came from a 73 V8 Dart
  • Motor is a 72 vintage 440. Motor was strip to bare block for rebuild, stock crank, piston and rods, with mild crane cam running 9.5 to 1 comp ratio
  • 77 heads with valve job and harden seats
  • Custom 9 Qt oil pan
  • 727 Tranny with B&M converter
  • Rearend is a 8.75" unit from 66 B-body with spring relo, suregrip and Richmond 3.91 gears
  • Custom drive shaft
  • All new brake lines, rotors and pads. Mater cylinder is a aftermarket unit from summit with line lock and porportion valve
  • Radiator is from Summit 22X24
  • 750 Eddy carb with electric chock
  • Holly intake manifold
  • TTI headers
  • 10mm Taylor wire
  • MP coil
  • K&N filter
  • Mopar electronic ignition
  • Rear wheels are custom widen by an outfit in CA. New BF Goodrich T/A tires. 205/70/14 front, 245/60/15 back
  • Got some cheesy traction bars from Summit on it
  • Mopar exhaust tip, tail light bezels and driver side mirror are all brand new
  • Autometer tach, and the three gauge pod for oil, amp, temp are also brand new
  • All gauges and controls works
  • All glass are in great condition
  • Road Runner beep beep horn
  • Grant steering wheel
  • Battery relo to trunk in a box sitting on top of a 1/2" AL plate with 000 gauge wires
  • Installed an AL backing on to the backside of the back seat for safety

The good: The entire drivetrain has less then 2k on it.
The average: The white interior is original vintage except for the head liner which is brand new.
The bad: The car does have a few small bubbles on the rockers.
The missing: emblems, sun visors, speakers and antenna

$12,500 firm or trade for 71 340 Demon or Duster of similar value/condition.
