I have a 69 Dart GT that I am building and am wanting to eliminate the vent windows and go with one piece glass like the 74 and 75 Dart doors.

The question is, do I just have to change the glass and window hardware out and use the doors from my 69 Dart or do I have to use the doors as well as guts from the 74/75 Dart?

I have been told both ways and I just want to know what I need to do to accomplish this. I know there are so many very knowledgeable people in here that I have to be able to get the right answer.

I believe you would have to swap to 74/75 doors because the window regulators (guts) in the door do not operate exactly the same. The inner components do not mount inside the doors the same from 69 to 74/75.

i've gone the other way , putting the later door on an earlier dart and installed the vent wing assembly . don't remember doing anything special . you will need to put a front door window track in it .
