Remove the rear seat and it should come right out. You're talking about the cardboard piece right?
 
yah...just the cloth covered cadboard rear shelf....it's that simple?
..no plugs,clips?
 
Mine didn't have any. But there are a lot of things not right with the car either when I took it apart. Yes mine was that simple. Just pulled right out no clips or anything. Again, that was my car. There may have supposed to have beenclips there but there weren't.
