My rear windows are missing the rollers that ride on the tracks. Not the plastic rollers the whole assembly. And from what I have read the rears track is different then the front. So my question is what cars if any are interchangeable

Most likely any a body of the same year maybe even few years before and a few years after.
Be sure to look in the cavity as it may have fallen off and is down there.
