classic industries for windshield gaskets part # MA9803
and for your dash pad # MA1094 for black . you can buy a cap that goes over your original dash pad , i bought if for my 69 swinger but im not to happy with it so im going to end up just buying the whole dash pad.

thought I'd add that Dante's has both as well (never dealt with them to comment on quality, just notice that they always seem to be an option whenever I'm looking for something).
