[WANTED] 69 right side door latch

After a long ordeal of cleaning and lubing the door latches I find out the right side latch does not work.

So I am in need of a good right side door latch for a 69 Dart

I am working on mine, it seems that the door push button, or knob mechanism is not functioning properly.
What I may need is the latch mechanism that bolts,3 screws, to the inside of the door, where the door striker latches into.
