69 Skylark Hidden wiper attachment

I have the articulating arm, but the hole in the arm is too small for the peg coming out of the base. Am I missing a piece, or is the base the wrong one?

The articulating arm attaches under the dash/cowl... the "peg" you show is where the wiper arm/blade attaches... You do realize this is a Mopar A body forum, right? Not that GM A bodies aren't nice, but just trying to avoid some confusion... Welcome anyhow!
