69 Swinger 4spd w/ brand new 360 project

Hey everyone, here is another local car that I am trying to sell for a friend. This is a 69 Dart Swinger 318 car. It is fairly solid and would be an easy project. They claim to have everything to put the car together. The 360 is brand new and never started. It has J heads on it too. The engine has never even been in a car.
