70-76 dart-demon hood fit duster

hey im buying a sixpack hood from a 73 demon will it fit on my 76 duster or if not can i make it fit ? thanks angelo

I think they only fit '69 Dusters.

I think there is a date issue with that Demon.

Yeah man no such thing as a 73 demon It would be a dart sport and no the hoods arent the same between a duster and dart/dart sport. It wont fit right anyway the dart/dart sport had a flat front on the hood and a header panel where the duster hood comes to a point on the front of the hood itself and uses no header panel. If it happens to be off a demon it would have to be a 71/72 and that hood will not fit either. Justin

You might be talking about the standard Mopar issue "dual snorkle" scoop on that Demon.......???

If so, the scoop can be transferred to the new hood, and the holes for the ram air can be easily cut providing you with air.........

A picture of your Demon hood would help us comment correctly.........BUT, if it's a Demon hood for sure, it won't fit the later Dart Sport or Dart....totally different.....you have to transfer the scoop. :cheers:
