I'm not trying to be a doubting Thomas, but for $6500 on a basic /6 car, you might have a difficult sale without lots of good pics to substantiate your claim of zero rust repair required and your mostly complete 340. More description of parts included with the engine, and more pictures (especially of bare floor pans, underbody, suspension, trunk floors, etc) will help your cause.
