70 Dart front bumper removal

Hi all. Looking to either replace or rechrome my front bumper on my 1970 Swinger 340. Can you remove the bumper without removing the grille? Thanks

I've done this a few times. If just removing the bumper from the brackets while on the car, I like to use a flex head 9/16th ratcheting wrench

Thanks. The 2 inner bolts are an easy reach. It’s the out bolts that seem tough to access.

It would be easier if you took the valence off.
