70 Dart paint

The dart is purple again!!!! Thanks to Adam and the shop he works at my 70 swinger is plum crazy again. The car was painted on Wednesday and I just saw it for the first time tonight. It looks awesome. Adam and Kevin did a great job. The pictures will be coming soon the only one i have is now my avitar taken with my phone. Adam said he has about 50. If he gets his computer up and running we should see them soon. I will keep you posted. Thanks Adam

Looks good. Dont forget to flat black the radiater support.

Half a pint for touch ups what did you do? The radiator support will be blacked out next. Then I think the headliner dash then windows and all the rest. Pictures will be up soon. Adam R. has a bunch or when I get the car back on Monday I will take some.

I should be able to use my good computer tonight I hope. That picture is the car wet sanded with 3000 grit DA paper. That stuff is great ! spray a little water on the car and DA it till the water dried up. The Shine just from the 3000 was amazing and it still needs to be buffed.

The guy at the resto shop next to use was shocked we were going to buff the car out. He didnt think it was needed so we must have done a good job, lol

Adam, Just sneak it in before Kevin gets in you will have it started already. I put the emblems and the drip rail moldings on. No scratches yet.

Adam, your back up and running. I have the drip rail moldings on. no scratches. drivers side mirror,trunk moldings all the emblems, passenger door handle. I was hoping to do the headliner this weekend. I cleaned up the engine compartment and started on the door jams. I have plenty of work to do. I'm also finding all the things I still need. I need my bumpers chromed no cue what to do with them. Does anybody know where I can get a drivers side outside door handle, I have a new pass side but everybody sells them in pairs. I will get some pic's this weekend.
