70 Dart roof on a 68 Valiant!?!?!?

Hello from Germany,
I know that it doesn't seem right, but I'll do it anyway:
I am going to cut the old rusty roof of my '68 2-door Valiant off and weld a good condition '70 2-door Dart roof on it. (Please no comments on that, because I'm already deaply sorry for my Valiant :sad: )
But can you tell me how to cut and weld the roof the easiast and the best way, to keep the stability etc of the body!!! (where to cut....???)

Unless its a post car they should interchange, I would suggest sanding down pillars of both cars and finding factory joints and take apart there, may have to apply some heat on joints as some I have encountered have leaded joints, the key issue is to have both cars side by side and take your time....good luck...
