70 Dash cluster restoration or ?

Is there a dash restoration vendor that has done a 70 Dart non rally dash or has reinvented a new competition style cluster with the Auto Meter gauges. I have yet to see either after hunting around.

any ideas or suggestions appreciated. I only want to do this one time!
