[WANTED] 70 Duster 2 speed wiper switch with washer

That was not an option. The 2 speed received the foot pump. There is no provision on the 2 speed switch for the push-on washer. If you convert to the 3 speed motor,the switch is set up for the electric washer

I did a swap years ago but the only thing different was a brown wire under the dash and one that ran out to the pump and a power washer switch. I have a bunch of wiper switches and most are 2 speed

Can you tell me about the swap? What switch did you end up using and what exactly did you swap?

I have smaller two speed switches with push to wash. Some even say wash on the knob that does not fit the large three speed switch. They have a different size shaft. I'll have to get them out and dig into this after I get done with my work today. I may be wrong but I know I have the same smaller switches with the wash knob. I believe the take a brown single wire on an extra prong. ???? Could they have made a dealer installed electric wash. It would only have taken a switch one wire and the bottle.

Yes your right about the brown wire running the washer pump. my two speed wiring in my car only has five wires and is missing the 6th wire which would be the brown to connect to the washer. I have already wired up the pump and washer tank and ran a wire which needs positive power to activate the washer pump. My thought is reuse/modify the five wires I have to run the two speed wiper motor and connect my 6th wire “the brown” to the new switch which has washer functionality.
