Do all 340 Dusters use KH 4 piston ft calipers?
My 70 340 Duster has single piston calipers-they appear to be original.
Any thoughts?

All 65-72 A body cars were Kelsey Hayes 4 piston calipers.
Single piston, started in 1973.
Your vehicle has been converted over, in it's lifetime.

Sad but true -- single piston caliper is ONLY '73 & up..... '65 - '72 is indeed 4 piston caliper ONLY.....
If it looks original -- then maybe the previous owner did a good job!!!!! If it stops well, that's a good thing....
(That's why people do the "disc brake conversion")

Would '73 & up have the big bolt pattern wheels?
Would rotors be the same as '70 ones?

All 1973 & up ARE big bolt pattern.
The Rotors are !,000,000,000 % different -- 1965 - 1972 are the same -- and 1973 to 1976 are the same // but those two are radically different.
No, most cars were equipped with Power Brakes as opposed to Manual Brakes -- No one knows the percentage for sure -- and all the engineers to ask
are now deceased -- but it is basically 80 % or more were equipped with Power Brakes.........
