70 Duster grill repair

I am trying to clean up the grill to my 70 Duster. Couple questions:
How do you polish the plastic chrome pieces? What kind of polish do you use?

I got a bent fin, see picture below. Best way to straighten it? It's not broke on either side, just bent.

soften that fin very slowly and you can carefully bend it back to shape...wear gloves you will need to get it fairly warm ..
the bright work is plated aluminum
