The original owner told me he had issues with the wiper coming on by itself. I just got it running and it acts like it is on intermitten. Runs about every 30-40 seconds. Can I disconnect one of the wires on the resistor above it to disable until I have time to chase it. Live in Florida and it never rains, and it will be a while before on the road. Thanks in advance.
