is the only difference between a 71 valiant fender and a 76 duster fender the side marker lights?
71 & 76 front fenders

The 71 valiant should have a full length hood latch plate
that goes from fender to fender that the grille attaches to
the fenders on the 71 should have tabs to mount this plate to
the 76 do not have the tabs for the hood latch cross plate as
they only use a short one that maybe a foot or so long other than
that and a few cosmetic things they are the same
if you do not have the mnounting tabs and need them you can always make some
and weld them on

'76 has a different antenna hole configuration. '76 is flat, all others are curved.

this guy is correct 70-72 are the same 73-76 are the same 70-76 are not the same
