No one has made NEW Hubs in over 40 years -- and they are Not kicking around the planet NEW...
Proceed to the Used World.... With all the disc brake conversions, Used ones should be abundant and should be available all over this site....
Add an ad in "Parts Wanted" --- you should have an answer or four within 48 hours....
