Well this no budget/low effort build has started to get carried away. When I began, I said I would stick to the plan and throw it together as cheap as possible no matter what it looked liked.. that didn't last long! It got too hot to be in the garage working on it so I began ordering and locating parts that I needed. Now it's time to get back to work. Windshield is out so I could get the dash out. I'm going to steal 72bluNblu's idea on the gauge cluster. Had a spare rallye gauge cluster that other wise would have been considered trash so it will get patched up and thrown in. More on that this weekend hopefully. I'm getting ahead of myself though, this all began because I began unwrapping wiring under the dash and realized this car was a fire waiting to happen. The main harness had melted together and was unrepairable. I ordered up a Ron Francis Retro Series harness, so I'll be wiring, working one the dash and rebuilding the manual column I acquired over the next couple weeks.
I did manage to get all the brake lines replaced and line lock installed. As well as pieced enough grilles together to come up with one nice driver quality grille. I'll repaint it when the car gets a bit closer to being complete because I don't trust myself not to scratch it will assembling the rest of the car.
Once again life got in the way and this car got pushed to the back burner.. but I’m back at it! And I have about 3 weeks to make it track ready. Most of the wiring is in and done. Engine, tranny and drivetrain is done. Hopefully getting to fire it next weekend.

I’m terrible at documenting progress but it is being made. Interior is buttoned up for the most. Just need to get a headliner in it. Did get it to the track but ran 12.7X’s with terrible 60ft times so a quality converter will be next on the list before I get back to cosmetics.
