Why can't I get the chrome interior threaded escution to tighten. The mirror has a tin nut which gets threaded on first. Then the cable end gets inserted in the door hole from within and the chrome nut threads on to the mirror adjuster knob but it hits the tin nut and won't pull tight to the door? Am I missing something here?
