71 Demon front parking lights

Why do I only find the Left side and not able to find the right side on NOS parking lens?? Can I take a left side NOS and turn it upside down and use it on the wrong side??? Also, why are some of these parking lights just plain black bars and some of them with painted silver bars???

Same grill used in '70 and '71 but in '70 it was painted argent and in '71 it was black. Left and right lenses are different. Why can't you find the one you need? 'cause you need it! Seriously, hunting up NOS parts is always a wait-and-wait-some-more kind of game.
