71 Demon quarter window question

Am nearing completion of resstoration of my '71 Demon. In the attached picture the area rear of the chrome strip to the end of the door looks unfinished or incorrectly installed. Besides that, it leaks. Any suggestions/thoughts for fixing are appreciated.

here ya go, Hard to tell but your door looks a little out of alignment, might be why it is leaking?
