71 Duster Rally Dash

I’m redoing a Rally Dash Metal Frame. I’ve welded up some holes n weld up the cut out where someone put in a modern day radio. I’ve figured out that the hole to the right is for a Cig
Lighter but I can’t figure out what the two Key Hole cut outs are for on either side of the radio. Here’s pic if anyone knows

They're for trim screws that hole the dash bezel on, they should have a little u-nut on them...

What you have is a 70 rally dash. The holes you mentioned are for the installation of the thumb wheel radio used from 68-70. Also 71's do not have a Cigarette lighter in the dash. Only 68 -70. I have several dash frames out if you need pictures.
