'71 Duster wire ID - horn?

Working on the front end wiring on my '71 Duster. Is this wire for the horns?

Couldn't find a matching color code in my service manual, but looks like a horn wire to me. Had another pigtail hanging off it, bare end wrapped in duct tape. That old wire snapped off.

I would say yes and the other double plug would be a marker / signal light.

The broken wire is probably to a pigtail that should have an identical plug for two horns. One High, One Low.

They are usually green wires and sometimes come off the alternator harness, or other times the front lighting harness... Goes to one horn, then the second one to the other horn - the wires for both horns connected together...
