Damn it! I just spent a bunch of money on a engagement ring, Wish I could snatch this up from you! Would be a great addition to my 71 scamp and I could build it for my future wife!
 
my old 71 dart gt was GY3 with a black top. i am suposed to go look at a 71 gt in the area soon, how long untill you have to be rid of it?

I know the shop wanted it gone like last week - so I'm just trying desperately to get it out of there before they get pissed and start charging me storage fees

I do not recall what the drivers striker looks like... I will probably be swinging by the shop this week to talk to the shop owner about my other Dart, as well as this one (and how much longer he's going to let me keep it there), so I'll take a look.

No visible rust in quarters or floors... it seems pretty darned solid.

Does it have disc brakes. If you do go over there, look under it a see if it is an 8 3/4. The two 71's I have both came with an 8 3/4 so it is possible. if it does then you have a sale.
 
double checked the rear end.. .definitely not an 8.75". I think it's a 7.25"
